### Help us help you faster

Include your **order number**, and **photos** if it's about damage or a missing
part. That usually turns three emails into one.

### Quick answers

**Where's my order?** Tracking is in your dispatch email. Coops ship 4–7 business
days after ordering, then 5–7 business days in transit.

**Something arrived damaged?** Email photos within **48 hours of delivery** and
replacement parts ship free.

**Need to return?** Email us within 30 days of delivery for an RMA number. Don't
ship anything back before you hear from us.

**Not sure which coop?** Tell us how many hens and how much yard you've got. We'll
tell you straight — including if the answer is a smaller coop.
